Emotional Freedom Techniques

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) has sometimes been described as "psychological acupuncture" (without the needles!).  You simply tap, with your fingertips, on certain points on your head and body while focusing on a negative emotion and you can "clear" that emotion. Hence, Emotional Freedom!

EFT is a technique that is easy to learn and to do and gets very impressive results.  It can help you uncover and release negative, stressful emotions as well as physical pains, allowing you to feel freer, more positive and more relaxed.  It's a little bit unusual but is easy and effective and can be fun to do!
